Over 17 years of experience

Individuals I work with rarely have just one challenge, they're building careers while raising children, questioning confidence while stepping into leadership. They're navigating burnout while trying to be present and their lives don't exist in neat little boxes.

That's why neither does my coaching.

Over the past 17 years, I've had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals, partnering with global organisations, speaking internationally, writing for national publications, and building multiple businesses.

Each experience shapes how I coach today, which comes from over 17 years of sitting across from people who are far more capable than they believe.

Real transformation

Over the years, I’ve realised lasting change doesn’t happen by focusing on just one part of life. It happens when three areas grow together.

Mindset — how you think

External Excellence — how you communicate, present yourself and show up.

Inner Work — the deeper beliefs, values and identity that drive lasting change.

That became my MEI Framework.

This approach helps my clients create meaningful, lasting change, not just
temporary motivation.

Mentoring

Purpose has always been at the heart of my work.

Whether I’m coaching a founder preparing for their next chapter, supporting a mother returning to work, mentoring teenagers discovering who they want to become, or facilitating corporate workshops, the goal is always the same: to help people recognise their potential and take meaningful action.

I work regularly with the Halogen Foundation and the Singapore Association of Mental Health and provide support and training to those who need it most in our community.
